Project Management Network Software

I am looking for project management software for our 5 user
VPN set up. Our server is running NT 4.0.

I have used MS Project in the past, but it is a overkill
for our small business. Functionality we are needing:
- Network capable so we can all access the software
- Project timelines
- Task assignment
- Time tracking
- Reports

I would be willing to sacrifice some of the functionality
for the network enviornment. I am also willing to look
at MS Access databases that will help manage projects.

Has anyone found a product with this functionality, or can
point to some resources that will help with this?
