Project Closing

We are trying to close so projects thorought routines - financial - project tracking - close project and keep getting a couple of errors. We are using the third party software Encore with our GP. The errors received are as follows: error saving to history transaction table and when you click ok, you get Problem saving project back to Open Table. Does anyone know how to fix this so we can remove these from the open file?
