Project 2003 - speech recognition problem

Running Windows 2000, and Windows Office Proffesional, I have encountered a problem with Project 2003 - I think since a Windows update. The following message keeps popping up while creating Tasks:
"Microsoft Project can't load speech recognition files. This feature isn't installed. Would you like to install it now"
After selecting NO, this still keeps popping up after every task created. I dont want to install it. Anyone know how to disable this?

Go into Microsoft Office under Add/Remove Programs. Then UPDATE the install. Do a custom modification, and look at Shared Tools. Then Alternate Input Devices. And then select Voice Recognition, and give it a big cross. Then say OK. This should fix it.
