Project 2000

I have installed Project 2000 on Terminal Server NT4. I used the Terminial Server MST file for Project 2000, the server is currently running Office 97 and Outlook 98.

Every time I start Project 2000 a Windows Installer box appears stating "Preparing to install..." this eventually goes away.

Does any one have any idea what is wrong?

Did you follow the instructions at

http://www.microsoft.com/Office/Project/PRK/2000/Two/30t3_2.htm?

Did you also use the Termsrvpro2kr.mst file for installing? The default Office one doesn't work too well with Project on TS.

I've also had issues with other MS Office programs and the funky installer. I haven't really investigated to date - just re-installed, following the instructions a bit more closely...
