Project 2000 X project Server

I installed Microsoft project server , and I use project 2000 . When I try to update project to Web Server, ths of error occours:
There was a problem accessing Microsoft Project Central Server . Try one of the following :
Make sure the URL is correct...
If the browser is offline , put it online....
The server may be temporarily unavailable..
There may be a problem with the server..l.

But I have already check and nome of these errors is happening.
So I can't published my project using Project 2000 in Mic. Project Server...
