Project 2000 to 2002 1

Don't use Project that often but I just have a relatively 'quick' question:

"Is MS Project 2000 compatible with MS Project 2002?"..."Can these 2 versions talk? (so to speak)"

The two versions can talk, however Project 2002 includes features that can't be used/saved in Project 2000. Both versions can open and save the other version's schedules within this constraint.
