I have an access database with ODBC to my current Progression Macola. One query uses the APOPNFIL table, which is open item table. However in ES I don't see this table anymore. Looking through all the AP tables I don't find any fields that correspond to the old APOPNFIL table.

Can someone point me to which table I need or a good Macola ES resource?

There is no functional equivalent to this table in ES. The data is in the GBKMUT table, but good luck getting at it. Question: What are you doing with this table in MS Access?

Software Sales, Training, Implementation and Support for Macola, eSynergy, and Crystal Reports

When you run an aging in MacolaES (both AP and AR) a SQL view is generated which the crystal report uses (same report is used both for AP and AR). If you open Enterprise manager while you have the report open, you can copy the view and paste it into Query Analyzer, create your own name, and have a view on file. Down side is the view specific to the parameters that you entered to run the report (only good for the date, vendor range entered). We have edited the view and now use it for all of our crystal reporting. Tring to dirrectly link to the tables in question has to be pretty hard, or why would exact use the view in the first place ?

Hope this is of some help.
