I wont say there's no problems, but those I have run into are minor so far. We've taken around 15 customers to 7.6.300a as part of the year-end update. 7.6.300a is not required for the year-end updates, but we took the opportunity to update these customers none-the-less.

There are a couple of VERY important patches if you go to 7.6.300, but service pack a covers them.
I have taken about 10 clients here with no problems yet, except for one customer that did it himself and did not apply the aforementioned patches.
