PROGRESS 10.1B

Dear all,
I am using Progress 10.1b in windows XP. Now i want to use windows 7 and i am facing the following problem. Whenever i am trying to open my application in windows 7 the following error occurs:
Cannot find or open file c:\windows\system32\ap.db, erno = 2.
It happens only in windows 7. Most propably is the startup path of my application which is the following:

echo off
path .;c:;c:\dlc10b\bin
pro AP -p Acp0000.p -1
echo on

Can anyone help me?
