Programs in Autostart group starting twice

Hello Experts!

When I boot my PC and login as user "Administrator" all programs of the All Users-Autostart group start two times. If I login as "normal" user, they start only one time.

Does anybody has an idea?

They are probably listed under the Administrator and the All Users profiles.

To edit, any of these will work, logon first as Administrator:

Autoruns

The programs are only in the Autostart group of "all Users" and in no Autostart group of other users.
