ProgramNeighbhorhood-pass thru authentication 1

In CITRIX program Neighbhorhood I am trying to enable pass through authentication. But "Pass-through autentication" is greyed-out. How do I go about enabling this feature for users???

I would like to use this instead of "User-specified credentials"

You can find this feature under Settings>Logon Information>Local User
Is there anyone who can help me???

In program neighbourhood, go to tools>>ica settings>>. down the bottom, select pass through authentication and also use local credentials to log on.
