I have a question about the IP930 cordless phone. I have one that will not communicate with the system. I can assign it but all it does is request service from an IP I don't recognize. Is there a way to reprogram the handset with a new IP. I've searched for the answer to this with no resolve. I am using the IP930 Manager to look at the base. Under current status window I notice the line Configuration File Version Title West.xm. Now under my IP930 tool in the server that config does not exist. I made a new config for the phone and added it. It never touches the phone. Old config is in place. Can the handset be reset to factory defaults? Help me out of this dilemma!
