I have a new client with a BCM50 Nortel. I have never programmed one. I tried to log on with a T-7316e phone using config-password 738662-config but it comes up with no admin. I think someone changed the password. Any suggestions what to do.

THANKS

Log in with Element Manager to see.

Since you have never programmed one I suggest you take a course or sub out to a pro at minimum.

A fair amount of programming can be done via the telset as was the case with the Norstar range, but the login is different and the preferred method is via a browser if it's the very old version or via the Element Manager tool as you have stated for the BCM 50 system.

You might want to download the EM software via the link below. As stated by Curly above, you might need to think about using the services of an engineer who knows the product if you have technical configuration work to complete.

I went the Element manager route.

Thanks for the info.
