Programming with PDA

I like to use my PDA to administring our Definitys ( 25 all over our country) . I need a terminal emulation sofware with 4410 or 513, but I did not found yet.
I found sw with VT 220 emulation, but I don't knew, what command need to setting to the "hot keys"
( Cancel, Enter, Next, Prev etc...)

HP 2210 . I try vxHpc with vt 220 ( from cam.com) but I can't use the funktions key.....
