Are you into the CallPilot yet? If so, from the main menu just click on Add a mailbox.

The first screen you get is where you put in the DN for the mailbox. Default type should be subscriber mailbox. If that's what you want, just click on submit. Note that just below that drop down box it will tell you how many more subscriber mailboxes you can add. If it's already at 0 you will only be able to add information boxes. They will need to add licenses to the BCM.

On the next screen, type in the DN where you want the message waiting indicator to go to (usually the same as the mailbox DN). If the box is a guest, leave that box blank. put in the users name as indicated. At this point, you can just click submit at the bottom and that's it unless you have to change the defaults. That's something you would need to determine with your customer but usually you can just have a look at another box and copy the entries.

To get to the Call Pilot from Elements Manager, go to the last menu tab in the Configurations menu (I think its called Applications Tab). Under there is a Voice Application, choose that tab, and it will open a new window for the Call Pilot application.
