I have not worked with VM before and I have a residential application with a TAW848 where it would be best to setup VM (TVS-50) to answer on X ring with a simple outgoing message followed by the abilty to for the caller to leave a message. Ideally the message indicator would light on each extension (7736) when messages are waiting.

I appreciate any tips on how to program the VM and adjustments necessary in the TAW848.

I have 6 phones setup on a TAW848 and a TVS-50. I have one mailbox on the TVS-50 with all 6 extensions in it (extension group). This allows the MW lights to light on every phone when a message is left also when one phone access the voicemail it turns the light off on all phones. I also have all 6 extensions in an ICD group on the TAW848 which allows all 6 phones to ring at the same time. I setup the ICD group to overflow to the TVS-50 phantom pilot number and I also made sure that the ICD group pilot number is in the the mailbox as one of the extensions ( you can have up to 20 extensions in an extension group on the voicemail). I hope this helps.
