Hey guys! I am currently in a situation where I have a trunk programmed for external paging to two separate buildings. I know need to split them up so each one can page individually. Currently we use #0 to access trunk 007 and allows us to page. How do I go about setting up another trunk with a separate access code for paging in that building? I have already put all stations in that building to tenant 02 to separate the hold music. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need 2 inputs on your amp for that one and for the speakers to be split into 2 different zones

Then you can use a 2nd trunk to the 2nd input

we have done thsi in the past with PA amps that support a zone 1 input , zone 2 input and all zone input
- pabx has 3 trunks each seperatley connected to teh amp.

there re also amps that can accept dtmf tones to determine the output zone

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
