Programming Tender Buttons? 1

Morning Everyone,

I'm trying to figure out if a button is programmed for multiple tender, where is that list of tenders found? How does that button know to go from tender 1 to 5 to 3 to 2 and then 4? We have Micros 3700 5.7 and Cbord Odyssey as our One Card system. At our Micros payment screens we have a One Card button that appears to link directly to the Tender.

Only thing is, this button supposedly is able to do board, flex cash and dining dollars. Our 3 oldest tenders. If I actually look at our Cbord system, Tender 13 is an newer (but not in use) board tender. That Tender 13 also didn't exist before a year and a half ago, so the potential for something having been programmed / created to take the place / overwrite the Tender's function is there. We never actually used Tender 13 after it was created.

Is there a .dll somewhere in 3700 that references tenders? Some type of SIM file? Is it potentially in the PMS file and I just can't read? We have multiple campus tenders that don't work at all on this button (Newer) and if I can figure out where this tender list is at, I'd love to link them in and potentially arrange them top down in a way that makes more sense for us. Trying to figure out where that disconnect could be at.

Any "Those might be in this .dll" or "check the PMS for x, y and z" would be greatly appreciated. What I'm asking might not make sense, so if there's anything I can clarify, just let me know. It makes sense in my head, but when I explain it to other people here at work I get blank stares. Thank you!

Although not familiar with One Card I would think it would use an interface to either how you accept it or to your PMS, or both. Would think the interfaces would be where you want to make your changes. Look for a cfg file in the interface. Or reach out to the vendor?
