Programming STAR * to return to previous menu 1

One of my NAM's will allow a caller in voicemail to press star * and return to the previous menu. The other NAM (other office) you press star * and it exits the system. How do you program the star to not exit the system?

Log in to the system using F983 & the password. Press 'AA', then 'GRTG', then 'AA'. Change Return to AA from 'N' to 'Y', then the '*' will return to the AA menu instead of exiting

How about while you are logged in your own voicemail and want to hit star* to leave messages in other mailboxes?
