it has been a very long time science i have touched a flash. When programing a company greeting for the AA how do you and when i build the ccr and record the greeting i know i use path 0 . do i have to diable tree first to do the greeting???

Yes, think is the answer to your question. Building a new tree will not be enabled in a table yet, so at that point you can record and set you paths then enable the tree where you want it. If your changing a tree you have to disable it in the table first.

And you change the greeting portion under AA>Greet .

Personally, I usually have the customer record the whole message under the Co. Greeting and put dead air in Path 0 so that it's easier to change in the future...

The big problem with recording everything in the Company Greeting and dead air in path 0 is that if the caller presses * to go back they are taken to the dead air Path 0 recording.
Yes, with a Flash you have to disable the Tree before you make changes to it unlike in a CP 100/150 where you can make Tree changes without first having to disable it.
