I just installed a IP Office 500 for a customer. My tech's went in a pulled out a old KX-TD system to make room and handed it to the customer. As I always do with someone that has an existing system is tell them to look at it like this: In a week your system will get stolen and you will not be able to get anything out of it so get all your voicemails etc.

Well of course now they want me to get voicemails for the one person that didnt retrieve theirs. So, here is my question.

I would like to get in to the programming so see what extensions the voicemail is set to use but I dont know where to start for PANASONIC software.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

plug in with laptop 9600 n 8 1 change to analog integration
then hang the tvs tempo off an analog port on the 500 or a tempo dialtone then tell the person to call that ext/number and then pull messages the way they did from outside on old system!!

Once you're logged into the VM unit you can also run a mailbox usage report to see which mailboxes have unheard messages.

When it asks for the range, simply enter the lowest and highest numbered mailboxes separated by a comma, or you can view them individually.

example: 101,999 usually catches everything. Just remember both the lower and higher numbers must exist as mailboxes else you'll get an error.
