To get a clear idea of what we want I´ll picture the schema:
We have a dialer (Genesys OCS v6.5) using Dialogic E1 Card connected to a lineside in Meridian Op 81C FNF R. 25.40
We are getting busy codes in CPD for rejected calls, that means failure on phone lines or No path found.
Every time Meridian gets this response from the CO, it sends an overflow tone (which is interpreted by Dialogic as "fast busy" but not for Genesys as it interprets as "busy").
Reading the Administration Guide, in LD 56 we can change the tones to create a SIT tone but we dont know how to associate it to OVFL (you have to specify XTON and XCAD).
Any help would be appreciated.
