I have programmed the menu for callpilot using App builder and assigned an SDN with that application but the menu will not pick up. Does it have to a Phantom DN or an ACD? Can it be a DID?

Phantom, ACD, DID or Non-DID, as long as it is sent to the same DN you call to reach voice mail.
