I would like to know what the P&L and A-O means on the line xfer feature for the routing feature when programming the queue. I am tring to forward a call off-net for after hours support and it is not going out. I think it has to do with the 2 letters the are required before the number, but without knowing what they mean, I don't know how to program them. If you could let me know, it would be much help. Thanks.

I beleive that the "P&L" stand for Pool or PL and then the Line Pool that you use "A" "B" etc. then the number as you would dial it without a phone system attached ie: 18005551212 or 918005551212 for centrex JerryReeve
