Programming Query for TES824 Hybrid Master

Hi All,
We had installed TES824 Hybrid Master in our office last year which is having 3 CO's & 8 extensions namely Jack1, Jack2 & so on. We have connected 8 telephone sets model no:KX-T7730 in order of their jacks. We used operating manual that came alongwith hybrid master & assigned extension 101 to jack 1,102 to jack2 and so on. This allowed internal communication within the office through the intercom.

Now our company has one landline number. We are not sure about how to program it. We are thinking of connecting the landline set to CO1. What we want to achieve is standard calling procedure that is established in many companies. If any person from outside calls our landline, either operator picks up or if caller has extension, he can dial the extension and directly contact the concerned department. Can any experienced professional guide us as to how to program the hybrid master to achieve the above objective as we are in a rut now and cant seem to understand how to do it.

You can use the disa to answer the call, then the caller can select 1 for reception or the extension number if they know it

other than that have it ring 1 or a few phones and who answers it can transfer it to the person they are looking for.

I do not have the programming tool & nor did is use it the first time when we installed hybrid master TES824. I want to know if my theory about connecting landline to CO is correct or not. Also an you tell me what is disa?

Connect your Landline to CO1 and DIL to the Operator.

You need a programming tool to easily do it via the USB port.

If you plug the line into co port 1 it will work as is. You will need a co button on the 77xx series phones. If you did not Change buttons they will still be there

Dias will answer the incoming call and allow the caller to dial to extensions or have options like 1 for sales

I have connected the landline to CO. But now the issue is whenever somebody calls the landline, all the phones that are on jack 1 to 8 start ringing together. I want to configure it in such a way that only one phone rings & he can then direct call to other extension
