Programming phones now..

If it's not one thing, it's another..
Ok.. I got the phone line moved (thanks everyone), and now.. I need to get the phone programmed to pick up all local calls. The local phone call group is 772. I have tried almost every feature that even remotely looks like what I need.. and nothing seems to work.. my phone is a HFAI-10 (dont know if that makes a difference) and it is multi-line.
I also need the calls that we can't answer to roll over to one ext in the office (ext 19), and then I have to change the ring so she knows which is a roll over call and which is an internal call.
I would call someone to do this, but I'm learning so much by panicking

Oh, one other thing.. I'm pretty sure with all my attempts that my phone is completely swamped in features on the specific buttons. Do I have to delete the features on the buttons before trying another feature? If so, how?

to add a station to calling group 772
>at program console
system
extensions
calling groups
772
members / add your station
do and inspect this will show all your stations in that calling grp.
also check and see what type ,auto login in or out,do your station that are receiving calls now log in for your local calls
