programming paging group 899 on extensions 1

I recently was ask to service a legend someone else installed. They used 899 as a pool to access loudspeaker paging. A few extensions can't use this feature (intercom 899). I printed out the extensions that this feature does work on and they all have pool access 899 in common; except for the non working extension.

How do I program pool access 899 for those extensions that cannot page?

In "Standard SPM":

System Program > Start/Exit > Extensions > Dial OutCD > enter the Extension Number and then 899.

That should do it.....
