Hi there. I have a Partner mail VS R4. Here is the problem:
When I go into the voicemail programming, then go to extension programming, then enter an extension number and chose option 5 to administer outcalling for that mailbox, I get a message that says “invalid entry”.
Also, when the users select “12” to transfer a message, they get the same message –“invalid entry”.
Is something not setup right or is my system dieing?
