My Client has a MICS with 3.0 software and a Startalk Flash voicemail. They do not wish to upgrade their software but do want to use a hunt group feature which is not available on 3.0.
Here is how they want it setup...
- Auto attendant answers the 6 outside lines after 2 rings
- menu options are presented
- press 2 for sales (4 sets in sales)
- press 3 for support (4 sets in support)
If a caller presses option 2, they want all 4 sets in sales to ring. The same type of setup for the support group. I know this is a typical hunt group feature but it is not available on 3.0 software.
Any ideas on how to setup something similar to mimic a hunt group or some other way?
I'm out of ideas so maybe someone has an idea.
