I'm Kalim. I work for world food program in Afghanistan.
We have been using Nortel PABXs for more than 6 years now. We have 8 of them installed in our different area offices. We buoght them from Pakistan. Now, one of the PABX was disconnected from power and it lost the programing. We have a 3 pages programing instruction for them, it's helpful most of the time but some time we stack some where, bcos the information we have are not enough. this time we managed to program the washed PABX 90% but we are stack at

002 01 A 001 002
003 02 A 002 003
004 1 B 004
Now, we want to enter 1 in the destination code but the PABX dose not accept 1 in the destination code. it accepts all other numbers except 1. Since all our outgoing numbers starts with 1, therefore 1 must in the destination code.
I don't know if this becuse of our extension sequence.. our extension range is from 4100-4199. there are other sequencies in the PABX but we don't use them.
The PABXs were using are old ones. they have 32 digital extesion and 8 analog ones. We have 4 E&M lines.
analog (P0844516-01) and digital (M12X0) muduls are there in the pabx, it's deficualt to say the model number of the box, where the moduls are.
Please advise.
