Programming NIT2

I'm wanting to program NIT2 so that our receptionist can leave the desk when needed. I have read that NIT2 can be setup so it can be activated to send calls to say an extension rather than activating the normal setup thats on NIT1. I have gone into LD 15 and tryed to program NIT2 but I don't seem to be getting the promt to do so. I haven't done any console programming so I'm kind of in the dark here some what. What do I need to do to program this and when programmed what button the console will it land on?

I'm on a option 81c running Succession 3.0 and a 2250 console.

The settings are found under the prompt "NIT", i.e.

NIT_DATA
NIT1 6800
TIM1
NIT2
TIM2
NIT3
TIM3
NIT4
TIM4
RPNS NO
ENS NO

I seem to remember that the times are in a 24 hour format, starting from 00:00 going to 23:59 and they can't overlap.

So what I'm understanding is that I will need to define times on NIT1 for me to be able to setup NIT2?
