programming multiple DN's on one key

Hello all, using auto attendant; can you make two DN's ring when one key is pressed. I have a location that has two admins and need the ability for both attendant sets to ring when a caller presses the "1" key. Thanks!

Also, how do I add more "users" to the CCR Tree?

Have the tree ring a hunt group or set up the phones as Answer DN's for each other.

I agree, Hunt Group works best.

Each Hunt Group has a DN #, point the CCR path to that DN and add your admins as members in HG programming.

If your not as familiar with programming, it's easier to assign answer dn's.
Have your ccr point to 1 "admin" ext'n. Under "telephony" and "sets" goto the 2nd "admin" extension and apply answer dn's to the first ext'n.

You can have as many "users" assigned to a ccr tree as you want, you just have to break them down if there's more than 8.
(ie. "for admin AND sales press 1") then you would break create menus under 1 (1.1,1.2, etc.)
