I have an IPK with a CPU II 100 U10 card. I am not certain if this is an IPK or an IPK II. There is an InMail flash card on the CPU card.

I cannot get into programming by hitting SPEAKER #*#* or Feature HOLD #0*

Not sure what I am doing wrong, Do I have an IPK or IPK 2? No MIFM but LAN port.

That is an IPK-II. Speaker #,*,#,*, 47544, published in the IPK-II programming manual. It programs up like the 11100/1200/8100/9100.

I do SPEAKER #* and then I immediately get a fast busy. I am on Ext 101, wh/bl, first port on the block.

I guess i need PC Pro but it's different than what you use for SL1100 or 2100?

Customer says the VM doesn't work. Is there an extension for the InMail (3999)?

I have an 8 button phone, I think that is the problem. I need a 16 button?

I can get in via webpro, that worked.

I cannot get the InMail to work. It is a CF Card on a daughter-board on the CPU. Perhaps it has gone bad?

The log in is from ICM dial tone. If your phone is programmed for auto trunk seizure then you will not be able to do SPKR # * # *.
As for the inmail, there is a fair amount of programming to check before trashing the CF chip.
See attached.

I reviewed the programming based on the example. We have nearly everything in there exactly the same as the sheet, our inmail extensions are 150-157 (port 249-256).

Can the card be reformatted? Or is it shot? Is this common?

the cf card isn't even recognized by my win xp pc.

I found a copy of inmail utility 2.05 . Would that be able to resurrect it or is it gone?

It's probably gone.
