programming line extensions? 1

from the looks of this forum, this is probably a very insignificant question, but important to my employees nonetheless. i am needing to know how to change the employee's name that is displayed for the different line extensions on a nortel T7208. for example, i am dialing extension 23 and "Mary" shows up on the screen, mary no longer works here and i need to change it to "Sue". How would I go about that? Thanks!

Get into programming (Feat. **266344 pswd. 266344). Under terminals and sets, show the set you want to change, hit next until you see name and then press the change key.

It is very simple once you do it.

Hi there!

I'd like to be more informed about what I'm doing wrong.
I'm trying to reassign the phone extension number and change the name of the person who used this extension before. So I went through all the steps described here and changed everything. Then I save it
with the proper buttons and the system seems to update. Finally I unplug the phone and plug it in again. After it picks up all the settings it still has the old number (I check it with button sequence Feature * 0 Intercom. The relocation feature is enabled.

Could somebody help me please.
