How can I program keys on the DCU attacment using Matworx. The docs mention a menu item but I could not find it.

Thanks

Are you using this as a "ADD-On module" or a "DSS/BLF console"? Also, is it going to be used with a Dterm or ATTCON / DESKCON ?

It shows up as a DSS on the LEN listup, it is ued with a Dterm 32D phone by the attendant.

Thanks

ok i think you are trying to do exactly what i just did. we have an operator phone (32 button) with a 60 button dss/blf unit attached to it (this is the only dss unit we have on our system).

matworx will not let you program it directly but you can use MOC mode or CAT mode from a phone.

command 97 gets you to the right place then you enter '00,00' which is the top left button on the top row - the bottom right button is '00,59' you can directly enter a position or scroll through the locations. when you get to the location you want enter the new extension you want to place at that button.

the one touch buttons on the 32 button phone can be used for DSS/BLF functions also. these can be programmed like regular 1 touch buttons using 'CONF' button - 1 touch button - extension - 'CONF' button.

my question is on the DSS/BLF unit how do you clear an existing entry - enter 000?

Thanks! I was able to reprogram the buttons. I also don't know how to clear a button to leave it unprogrammed.

Pedro

I believe if you bring up the button in CM 97>00,59 for example, you can enter "CCC" and execute to clear back to "NONE".
