Can I program in C++ with the Linux OS to create modules to use with an Oracle 7 DBS. If not in C++, then in what language? SQL?

Hi HoltKri,

Yes, I would think you can. gcc and Oracle are available for Linux.

It would be faster to develop in Perl and use the DBI module to talk to Oracle DB's though.
