Hi
I need to program an extension that when someone picks it up it starts ringing in another one already determined. (hotline). this is for emergencies.

Look at the Associated Directory Numbers form, this is where you set the hotline for an extension.
The help files will give you all the info you need.

I always forget to ask and assume 3300/MCD
