where can i find a guide for programming the nec ips 2000 or the ipx 2400. I there a shortcut guide for adding new users ect......

in their manuals section. The 2400 is not to bad to stumble around in once it is set up for minor issues. If you don't know the 2000 you better post back with specific questions.

I have never worked with the nec before, is there a windows based interface? and if so is there a demo I could look at to gane knowledge on what the pages look like?

Their is a windows GUI, but no real good demo that I know of. You will have to call an NEC Dealer to get a copy of Matworx.
