HELP!!!! WE ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS!!! WE HAVE A PARTNER SYSTEM, AND WHEN WE TOOK OVER THE COMPANY, WE WERE NOT TRAINED ON HOW TO PROGRAM THE SYSTEM.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM:
THE POWER WENT OUT A WEEK AGO, AND NOW ONE EXTENSION NO LONGER RINGS AT THE OFFICE IT SHOULD, BUT RATHER RINGS IN ONE IT SHOULDN'T (EX: EXT 12 RINGS AT EXT 11, AND 11 ALSO RINGS AT 11)

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM??

THANK YOU!!!

Could you please specify when you say 'extension' are you referring to the actual extension number or an outside telephone number that is supposed to ring at a specific extension?

If you call ext 12 and it rings at ext 11, it could be that the ext 12 is 'forwarded' to ext 11. If this is the case, at ext 12: press the feature button and dial 11, then dial '12 12' (in essence forwarding the phone to itself).

It is an internal extension that should ring when dialed from any phone on site.

It seems to be working today (no one knows why).
