How do I set up the exchange on a meridian system so I can have a greeting along the lines off

for a press b now
for c press d now
for e press f now

whenever an outside caller dials our switchboard line and the switchboard does not answer, I tried the manual, but that only explains how to set up an extensions mailbox.

IF you are using Meridian MAil or Call Pilot, you must set up a voice menu that allows you to select options.

For Sales press 1 Now and the call is routed to a predetermined sales DN

You can also thru dial (If you lnow your party's extension you may dial it a any time) and a DIal By Name (Directory).

It would help if we know the type of system(s) that you are using.

Its a norstar startalk 180 system. The jist of my query is how to access the options for the exchange (ie the ccr's etc) as the manual seems to only deal with the handsets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
