I have the directions for assigning extensions to the dss console. I have two questions concerning the directions:

Transfer + Conf + * + Transfer + conf + # + redial + 97 + Recall + 00 (console number) + "," + 57(DSS key) + Recall + 2166 (ext#) + Conf

1. How do I put in a ","
2. How do I write it to memory (I usually use matworxs)

I would do all this in Matworx under MOC if you could give me the directions to get to cat mode in MOC.

Sorry hit tab and then enter and it posted reply.

Transfer gives you a "," in CAT mode (going through the phone)

To get to MOC mode from MATWorX IPS go to the function drop down and choose MOC

For MATWorX Studio go to tool and then choose MOC Terminal

Hope that gets you where you need to go.

You can talk about us, but you can't talk without us.

Thank you so much. I did it in MOC and it worked perfectly.
