We have a CallPilot 150 connected to a Modular ICS running XC 6.1 software.
I am trying to program the CallPilot 150 DNs to memory buttons on an M7324 in the communications closet, so we can monitor traffic during the day. The CallPilot is connected to DNs 534, 535, 536, and 537.
I went into Maintenance - Port/DN Status to check the DNs for the second channels:
P1210 - B1 534 - B2 598
P1211 - B1 535 - B2 599
P1212 - B1 536 - B2 600
P1213 - B1 537 - B2 601
I programmed the Internal Autodial buttons for 534, 598, 535, 599, 536, 600, 537, and 601.
When the 1st call come into voicemail, the indicator adjacent to the 534 key turns on.
When the 2nd call comes in, there are no indications.
When the 3rd call comes in, the indicator adjacent to the 535 key turns on.
When the 4th call comes in, there are no indications.
The I&M manual states "As a troubleshooting aid, it is helpful to program the CallPilot 150 DNs to appear on the memory buttons of a Norstar telephone.
After you have determined the CallPilot 150 DNs, program them onto memory buttons with indicators.
When the CallPilot 150 DNs are programmed to memory buttons, it is easy to monitor CallPilot 150 traffic levels, and determine if any CallPilot 150 ports are not functioning."
What am I missing here?
