Programming Call Identification on M7310

How do I get the M7310 phone to show the callers name when they call an inside line/extension? A thousand pardons for such a silly question. Thanks.

You would probably get a more detailed answer in the Norstar forum but the short version is: For Call Information it is Feature 811. This will display the name, number, or line name.

I guess I wasn't detailed enough in my question either. I am wondering how you program the name so when the caller calls another extension, the person on the other end sees the name of the caller. How do I put in that name?

need to log into config and go to each set. It will allow you to program a name there.
