Programming buttons on a KX-T7633

can anyone tell me how to program an autodial extensions on my 7633 set , all I want is to be able to call someone else in the office by pressing a preprogrammed button but my user guide does not tell me how.

press program press a vacant button "not stored" key in 1 plus xxx press enter or auto/store then exit

xxx or xxxx = 3 or 4 digit ext number
