programming auto attendance on ns 100

Hello,
please i need a head way through programming a call flow in disa on Panasonic ns1000.
this is what i want to achieve.
When a caller calls he/she is greeted with an auto attendant telling him/her to press 1 for english and 2 for french.
Now upon upon pressing 1 or 2 it should take the caller to another auto attendant telling the caller to press 1 for a department and 2 for another department either in French language or English language.
But when the caller is busy or not picking up the call should be routed to the operator.If the operator does not pick,the call should drop and the extensions should stop ringing.

Very straight forward, is it going to use UM or built in

I presume you will utilise the UM.

You will find everything you need for setting this up in UM configuration - Service settings - Custom service.

Most of settings alreday done just setup routes rec/upload greeting.

Point ddi/dil to 500 (um floating no.)
