I am trying to write a custom program for video capture and have tried to use Premiere but there is no API. I am not tied to Premiere if there is something else out there that will allow me to automate the capture of video. Does anyone know of a shareware program that does video capture with a Matrox RT2500 that would have an API?

Programming API for Video Capture

I have a ATI all-in-wonder and I had the same problem, my solution was that I needed to maek the connection between the capture card "CD Out" to the Sound Card "CD In". Go to your Capture cards site and check to see what their installation instructions are for setting up sound capture, that is how I found out about the card I have. Good Luck
