Programming analog teleset

I have a user with a digital deskset and an analog polycom soundstation. Both devices has the same extension. How can I program the anaolg polycom not to "ring" without changing the extension of the polycom? Thanks.

that or replace with the digital poly, programs as a 2616.

only other is an ipe without a ring power supply.. i have one left that way for modems, outbound only for security, and phones is the sleeplab.. not an option in the 11 style cab.

or if this is a large system, put them on an analog card in a shelf that does not have a ring generator in it

also, can't you just adjust the volume on the polycom while it's ringing to zero...?
