Where would I program the IVR for a KX-TVA or KX-TDA ? And where do I set it up?

Thank you

You will need an OPB3 with DISA card or get a TVM.

I dont think TDA has built in DISA

Whitegooner is correct no disa by default. Opb3 ans esvm card for 100/200 or esvm card for 15/30

Hi,
A kx-tva is the same as a kx-tvm, it just depends what country you are in. They connect to the phone system i.e. kxtda, kxtde or ncp via a digital proprietary phone port which gives you two voice channels between the two units and all the handshaking. The ivr is programmed using custom service menus of the kx-tva/kx-tvm. Or as the guys have said above get the esvm card to go on the tda, tde or ncp.
