programming additional indial ranges

having problems adding a new number range 47967000-7299 to our existing below
47961xxx
47962xxx
47963xxx

i now have the following in number conversion

Hi, you have to remove 47967 and then insert 479670, 479671 and 479672.

The range you want to add is already covered with the existing 47967 entry.
