Programming a router to RESET 1

I have seen a post before asking how to reload a router at a particular time. I was working on a 1750 router today with 12.0(3)T

While playing around with the config I came across the reload prompt. I inserted a ? after reload and it gave a
list/option to setup a schedule time for a reload.
